Any use of these images, not authorized by a written consent of the company GABRIELLA Srl, will be prosecuted according to the law.
GABRIELLASTORE.COM is the official dealer of all the products and brands that are offered for sale on this Site.
GABRIELLA Srl is the owner of the GABRIELLASTORE.COM website and all contents such as, for example, the works, images, photographs, music, figures, logos and any other material in any format, published on GABRIELLASTORE.COM The material contained on the GABRIELLASTORE.COM website is protected by copyright and, therefore, any form of copying, alteration, or reproduction to third parties is prohibited, without the written consent of the company GABRIELLA Srl

TERMS OF SALE

The customer who wishes to make the purchase on the GABRIELLASTORE.COM site must necessarily be registered on the portal. By clicking on the button for the order confirmation, the Customer declares to fully accept, without reservation, these Terms of Sale.
The prices of the products include VAT, and are indicated in the corresponding Product Sheets. We reserve the right to change our prices for the products on our site at any time and to correct price errors that could inadvertently occur.
Delivery costs are not included in the price, therefore an additional honor will be charged. Delivery costs vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery location. The expected price for non-European shipments is TAX FREE. Customs duties and local taxes are charged to the customer.
Although we have made every reasonable effort to correctly display the colors of the products on the Web Store, we cannot guarantee that they will be reproduced in an absolutely faithful way.
The company GABRIELLA SRL can, without notice, modify the services, prices and products. During the SALE period or in the OFFERS section, the products purchased will not be refunded, but only replaced with an item of equal value.

RETURN RIGHT

Returning your order is your right and we respect it.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days and will be equal to the entire amount initially spent by the User, including any initial shipping costs, as required by the Consumer Code, art. 56 (https://www.codicedelconsumo.it/parte-iii-artt-33-101/).
For this we have made the procedure as simple as possible:

1. SEND A REQUEST MAIL RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER TO: returns@gabriellastore.com

2. INDICATE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING RETURNS IN THE REQUEST:

• Refund (refund of the total amount excluding the cost of returning the returned goods, as soon as the return is received)

• Replacement (change of size with delivery of the correct size and return of the return, valid only for Italy and EU)

3. WAIT FOR THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION (WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS)

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Once the return authorization has been received, the customer must return the product within 5 days, through our DHL courier service.

• The returned products must not have been used in any way.

• Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any alteration, washing or damage of any kind will invalidate the return.

• Products must be carefully packed and packaged. In no case can the original box be used as the only external packaging for shipping, but must in turn be packed in such a way as to protect the goods. Any damage due to failure to take care of the packaging will invalidate the return.

• The original box is considered an integral part of the product and therefore must be returned intact, without signs, writings or deformations that could compromise its resale.

• Any customs fees will not be refunded and will therefore be deducted from the refund.
